The City of Madisonville is soliciting bids for the repair and rehabilitation of City of Madisonville stormwater infrastructure and roadway along adjacent to Madison and Lunsford Street in Madisonville, KY. The project will consist of demolition of various lengths of existing brick storm sewer, asphalt pavement installation, storm drainage installation of 8’x4’ box culvert/ dual 36” HDPE pipes/ block retaining wall, excavation, and reseeding.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on site at the Lunsford storm sewer repair (located adjacent to Joe Leasure & Sons, Inc. on Lunsford Street) beginning at 10:00 a.m. local time, October 23, 2025. All bids shall be submitted no later than 10:00 a.m. local time, October 30th, 2025, opening at Madisonville City Hall Conference Room. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “Lunsford Street Drainage Repairs” in the bottom left corner of the envelope and delivered to:
