Dawson Springs City Park Re-Build Project

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Dawson Springs City Hall Annex located at 100 E. Arcadia Ave., Dawson Springs, KY 42408, until Thursday, October 30th, 2025, at 1PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be Publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

The City of Dawson Springs is soliciting bids for the comprehensive reconstruction of the City Park to include all structures, sports fields, basketball & tennis courts, and all associated roadways/parking areas, which were destroyed by the December 10, 2021, tornado. The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of new facilities to serve as a key recreational amenity for the community. Work will include site preparation, concrete work, asphalt paving, masonry building and restroom construction, associated plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and related site improvements.

Pre-bid Conference

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on October 16th, 2025, at 1:00PM local time at the Dawson Springs City Council Chamber, 200 W Arcadia Ave., Dawson Springs, KY 42408.

Digital Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the plan room free of charge. Physical copies may be purchased. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
