Huntingburg Elementary School Addition and Renovation 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Dubois County School Corporation by and through its Board of School Trustees will receive sealed proposals until 2:00 P.M. (ET), on Thursday, October 23, 2025 and not thereafter, in the Board Meeting Room, located at 105 West Sunset Drive, Huntingburg, Indiana 47542, at which time and place all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. (ET) at Huntingburg Elementary School. Meet outside the main entrance of the school.

Copies of the plans and specifications may be obtained from MACO-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana, 47708, (812) 464-8108 or by accessing website http://www.macoplanroom.com. General contractors may purchase up to three printed sets of bidding documents by paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 per set ordered. Deposit checks shall be made payable to Southwest Dubois School Corporation. Sets may be downloaded for a non-refundable fee of $50.00, payable directly to MACO. It is mandatory that each prime contract bidder obtain one (1) set of bidding documents and register for such at http://www.macoplanroom.com. One (1) set of bidding documents consists of one (1) project manual and one (1) complete set of drawings. Amount of the deposit for up to three sets of bidding documents may be refunded in full if the plans and specifications have been returned to MACO – Evansville Blue within ten (10) days after time set for receiving bids and in good re-usable condition. If the plans and specifications are returned after the (10) day period or in unusable condition, the deposit will be forfeited.
