The City of Madisonville is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of Forest Lawn Memorial Garden’s (located at 520 McLeod Lane, Madisonville, KY 42431) sidewalk, drainage, and pavement. The project will consist of demolition of existing concrete sidewalk/pavement, asphalt pavement/concrete sidewalk installation, subbase installation, storm drainage installation, excavation, sediment control and reseeding.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on site at the Mausoleum (520 McLeod Ln, Madisonville, KY 42431) beginning at 10:00 a.m. local time, May 7th, 2025. All bids shall be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. local time, May 12th, 2025, opening at Madisonville City Hall Conference Room. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Drainage Repairs” in the bottom left corner of the envelope and delivered to:
