Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Dubois County School Corporation by and through its Board of School Trustees will receive sealed proposals until 2:00 P.M. (ET), on Thursday, March 6th, 2025 and not thereafter, in the Board Meeting Room, located at 105 West Sunset Drive, Huntingburg, Indiana 47542, at which time and place all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Construction shall be in full accord with the Bid Documents comprised of Project Manual and Drawings. Construction shall include the furnishing of all materials, equipment, and labor according to the Bid Documents as prepared by Jack R. Kinkel and Son Architects, for HUNTINGBURG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADES 2025 for SOUTHWEST DUBOIS COUNTY SCHOOL CORPORATION.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 19th, 2025, at 9:30 A.M. (ET) at Huntingburg Elementary School. Meet outside the south side of the school at the cafeteria loading dock.
Copies of the Bid Documents may be obtained from the printing company listed below for a purchase of SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($75.00) per set payable to MACO-Evansville Blue. Electronic media may be purchased for TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00) as established by printing company. Postage, when necessary, shall be paid for by the entity requesting Bid Documents. It is mandatory that each prime contract bidder shall obtain one (1) complete set of bidding documents.
