HENDERSON COUNTY SCHOOLS, HCHS FOOTBALL FIELD AND TRACK RENOVATION

The Project name is “HENDERSON COUNTY SCHOOLS, HCHS FOOTBALL FIELD AND TRACK RENOVATION, HENDERSON, KENTUCKY”, as shown on Contract Documents prepared by the Architect, RBS Design Group, P.S.C. Drawings and specifications are dated January 30, 2023

Project Description: Renovation of the football field and track, consists of installing new artificial turf, drainage system, field accessories and related items.
The Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, site clearing, earthwork, storm drainage, polyresin track system, track and field line markings, chain link fences and gates, lawns and grasses, base construction and related subsurface work for artificial grass field, infilled synthetic turf, cast-in-place concrete, track and field equipment, sports equipment and complete clean-up and removal of construction debris.

Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, prevailing time on March 28, 2023 at the office of the Owner, Henderson County Schools Board of Education, 1805 Second Street, Henderson, KY 42420, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on March 21, 2023 at the Henderson High School, 2424 Zion Road, Henderson, KY 42420. All bidders should plan on attending this meeting.

One set of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by contractors from Maco-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812/464-8108), upon deposit of Two Hundred Dollars for each set of Documents. Contractors may obtain two (2) sets on deposit. Additional sets may be purchased at a cost of Two Hundred Dollars per set, non-refundable. Check covering deposit shall be made payable to the order of the Henderson County Public Schools. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with and paid directly to Maco-Evansville Blue with a separate check.
