DAWSON SPRINGS INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS, DSES AND DSHS ROOF RECOATING

Project Description: Reroofing work at both schools. The Work Includes, but is not limited to, miscellaneous carpentry, formed metal wall and soffit panels, fabric reinforced system, manufactured roof specialties, painting, and complete clean-up and removal of construction debris.

Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, on November 10, 2022, at the Dawson Springs Independent Schools Central Office, located at 118 East Arcadia St., Dawson Springs, Kentucky, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on November 1, 2022. Although not mandatory, all bidders should plan on attending this meeting.

One set of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by contractors from Maco-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812/464-8108), upon deposit of Two Hundred Dollars for each set of Documents. Prime contractors may obtain two (2) sets on deposit. Additional sets may be purchased at a cost of Two Hundred Dollars per set, non-refundable. Check covering deposit shall be made payable to the order of the Dawson Springs Independent Schools. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with, and paid directly to, Maco-Evansville Blue with a separate check.
