OWENSBORO HIGH SCHOOL CULINARY ARTS RENOVATION

The Project name is “OWENSBORO PUBLIC SCHOOLS, OWENSBORO HIGH SCHOOL CULINARY ARTS RENOVATION, OWENSBORO, KENTUCKY”, as shown on Contract Documents prepared by the Architect, RBS Design Group, P.S.C. Drawings and specifications are dated March 12, 2024.

Project Description: The Work consists of: procure plastic laminate cabinets and solid surface counter tops.

The Work includes, but is not limited to interior architectural woodwork, joint sealants and clean-up and removal of construction debris.

Proposals will be received as a Lump Sum Bid(s) for the work indicated in the Bidding Documents.

Proposals will be received on April 4, 2024, until 2:00 PM prevailing time, at the Owensboro Board of Education office at 450 Griffith Avenue, Owensboro, KY 42301, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Two sets of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by contractors from Maco-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812-464-8108), upon deposit of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars for each set of Documents. Additional sets may be purchased at a cost of Two Hundred Dollars per set, non-refundable. Checks covering deposit shall be made payable to the order of the Owensboro Public Schools. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with and paid directly to Maco-Evansville Blue with a separate check.

Electronic copies of the documents are available from Maco-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, IN. (812-464-8108). Charges to obtain electronic copies are non-refundable and are to be arranged with, and paid directly to, Maco-Evansville Blue.

Deposits will be refunded to contractors who submit a bona fide proposal to the Owner (directly or through a prime contractor) and return the documents, in an acceptable and reusable condition within ten days of the opening of the bids.
