Warrick Co. School Corporation 2024 Summer Renovations Project

There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting at the Warrick County School Corporation Administration Building on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 8:30 A.M. Central Time in Meeting Room B, Second Floor. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting time to allow for the required visitor check-in process

Bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. Central Time on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at the Warrick County School Corporation Administration Building. The bids will be opened and read aloud directly thereafter in Meeting Room B, Second Floor.

Project: Warrick County School Corporation 2024 Summer Renovations Project.

Project Description: The 2024 Summer Renovations Project includes work at (4) schools- Loge Elementary School, Newburgh Elementary School, Castle North Middle School and Castle High School.

Loge Elementary School- Replace existing HVAC RTU servicing the pre-school wing with a new HVAC RTU.

Newburgh Elementary School- Replace existing HVAC RTU servicing the Administration Office with a new HVAC RTU.

Castle North Middle School- The Administration Office will be receiving new carpet, wall base, and wall paint throughout. New construction consists of a new Reception Area, Work Room, Records Room, Attendance Secretary Workstation, and renovated Break Room and Conference Room. The new construction areas will also receive new lay-in ceiling tile & gird, light fixtures and reception desk, work room, and Attendance Secretary Workstation casework.

Castle High School- The existing Auto Shop Area, (2) Offices, (2) Storage Rooms, Testing Area, Boy’s Locker Room, Boy’s and Girl’s Restrooms, and partial Maintenace Storage is to be renovated into (3) new Art Rooms, New Robotics Lab, New Receiving Room, New Assisted Needs Restroom and Corridors. The (2) existing Art Rooms located on the first floor are to be renovated into (3) new Classrooms and (1) new Stage Production Shop.

Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained from Maco-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana, 47708 at the Bidder’s cost. No partial sets of Plans and/or Specifications will be distributed. If mailing is required, mailing costs shall be paid for by the Bidder. The Bidder shall refer to the Instructions to Bidders for additional bidding procedures and requirements.

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.

The drawings and specifications will be available on Monday, May 6, 2024.
