CLOVERPORT INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS, CLOVERPORT K-12 BUILDING

The Project name is “CLOVERPORT INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS, CLOVERPORT K-12 BUILDING, CLOVERPORT KENTUCKY”, as shown on Contract Documents prepared by the Architect, RBS Design Group, P.S.C. Drawings and specifications are dated May 23, 2023.

Project Description: The base bid is to include demolishing the existing fan coil units in the areas shown on the drawings and replacing them. This is to include the necessary work regarding ductwork, hydronic piping, motorized dampers, electrical work, etc. The base bid is to also include new controls (with a new DDC/BAS panel) for the new fan coil units. The base bid is to also include providing chemical pot feeders for the chilled and hot water systems.

A prebid conference will be held at 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, on Thursday June 29, 2023, at the Site at 101 4th Street Cloverport, Kentucky. All bidders should plan on attending this meeting.

Proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M., prevailing time on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at the office of the Owner, 101 4th Street Cloverport, Kentucky, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Two sets of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by mechanical and electrical contractors from Maco-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812/464-8108), upon deposit of Two Hundred Dollars for each set of Documents. Additional sets may be purchased at a cost of Two Hundred Dollars per set, non-refundable. Checks covering deposit shall be made payable to the order of the Cloverport Independent Schools. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with and paid directly to Maco-Evansville Blue with a separate check.
