Ohio Co Schools Misc. HVAC Improv., Southern Elem. Cooling Tower Replacement

Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Tuesday May 16, 2023, at the Ohio County Board of Education, located at 315 East Union Street, Hartford, KY 42347. Proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after this time shall not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder.

Project consist of the demolition and disposal of the existing fluid cooling tower unit and replacing with new fluid cooling tower, along with associated piping, pumps, and variable frequency drives. Also included will be improvements and modifications made to the existing controls system.

A Pre-Bid Meeting for all bidders will be held on Thursday May 4, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. local time at Southern Elementary School, 3836 U.S. Hwy. 231 South, Beaver Dam, Kentucky 42320. All attendees must sign-in at the front lobby then be directed to the meeting room.

Bid Documents may be obtained from Maco-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 upon deposit of One Hundred Dollars for each set of Documents. Additional sets may be purchased at a cost of One Hundred Dollars per set, non-refundable. Checks covering deposit shall be made payable to the order of the Ohio County Schools. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with and paid directly to Maco-Evansville Blue with a separate check. Electronic copies of the Contract Documents are available from Maco-Evansville Blue. Charges to obtain electronic copies must be arranged with Maco-Evansville Blue. No partial sets will be issued.
