Sealed Bids for “Oak Grove Road Project “ will be received at the office of Morley and Associates, Inc. (“Morley”), 4800 Rosebud Ln, Newburgh, IN 47630, on behalf of Evansville Vision, LLC, until 9:00 a.m. CST, on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023, at which time all Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Award will be at a future date to be determined.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting for all prime contractors will be held Monday, April 17th, at 9:00 a.m. CST – at the following location:

Hard copies of all bidding documents may be obtained from Maco Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, IN (812) 464-8108 website www.macoplanroom.com, for a non-refundable charge based upon cost of reproduction. Future Addenda will be circulated to those that attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting as well as Maco’s Planroom. All bidders shall be responsible for checking these locations to ensure that all addenda are received and accounted for in submitted bids. Bid documents may also be examined at Morley’s office at 4800 Rosebud Ln, Newburgh, IN 47630.
