The Ohio County Board of Education will receive lump sum, clearly marked, sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, services, etc. for the “Ohio County Schools, Miscellaneous HVAC Improvements, OCHS – Gymnasium HVAC Unit Replacement” project. The project includes acceptance of all existing conditions which are to be inspected by all bidders prior to bidding, alternates as defined in the contract documents and all other general construction, mechanical and electrical work specified in the Contract Documents prepared by the Architect, Hawkins Abney, PLLC dated December 15, 2022.
A Pre-Bid Meeting for all bidders will be held on Tuesday January 10, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the Ohio County High School, 1400 South Main Street, Hartford, Kentucky 42347. All attendees must sign-in at the front lobby then be directed to the meeting room.
Bid Documents may be obtained from Maco-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 upon deposit of One Hundred Dollars for each set of Documents. Additional sets may be purchased at a cost of One Hundred Dollars per set, non-refundable. Checks covering deposit shall be made payable to the order of the Ohio County Schools. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with and paid directly to Maco-Evansville
