Notice is hereby given that Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation by and through its Board of School Trustees will receive sealed proposals until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 and not thereafter, in the Office of School Facilities, Evansville-Vanderburgh School Corporation, 951 Walnut Street, Evansville, Indiana 47713.

Opening will be open to the public. Said sealed proposals shall be for the furnishing of all materials and the performance of all labor according to the drawings and specifications as prepared by Buente – Buente Architects, P.C. for the UPPER LEVEL FINISH FLOORING RENOVATIONS at HIGHLAND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL located at 6701 Darmstadt Road, Evansville, Indiana 47710.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at Highland Elementary School.

Copies of the specifications, drawings, and proposal form for the Upper Level Finish Flooring Renovations Project at Highland Elementary School will be furnished to reliable contractors applying at the office of MACO – Evansville Blue located at 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708, telephone number is 812-464-8108. A refundable check or money order in the amount of $50.00, payable to EVSC, is required for each set of bidding documents. It is mandatory that each prime contract bidder shall obtain one (1) complete set of bidding documents. The deposit will be refunded in full if the contractor submits a bid and returns the drawings and specifications within four (4) days of bid date.
