Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, on October 27, 2022, at the Ohio County Water District Board Room, 124 E. Washington St, Hartford, KY 42347, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
A prebid conference will be held on October 18, 2022, at 10:00 AM, prevailing time, at the site, located at 1397 US Hwy 231 North, Hartford, KY 42347. All bidders should plan on attending this meeting.
Project Description: The Work consists of construction of a new 7726 sq ft pole barn structure to replace the building damaged by storm.
One set of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by contractors from Maco-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812/464-8108), upon deposit of Two Hundred Dollars for each set of Documents. General Contractors may obtain two (2) sets on deposit. Additional sets may be purchased at a cost of Two Hundred Dollars per set, non-refundable. Check covering deposit shall be made payable to the order of the Ohio County Water District. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with and paid directly to Maco-Evansville Blue with a separate check.
Electronic copies of the plans will be available and shall be arranged with and paid for directly to Maco-Evansville Blue (non-refundable).
