STEVENSON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL WINDOW REPLACEMENT

The Project name is “RUSSELLVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS, STEVENSON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL WINDOW REPLACEMENT, RUSSELLVILLE, KENTUCKY”, as shown on Contract Documents prepared by the Architect, RBS Design Group, P.S.C. Drawings and specifications are dated May 27, 2022.

Project Description: The Work consists of replacement of existing windows and a limited number of doors. Demolition of windows and masonry as required to enlarge the existing window opening. Demolition of existing doors and door frames as required to install new doors, frames and hardware.
The Work includes, but is not limited to selective demolition, metal fabrications, miscellaneous Carpentry, joint sealants, steel doors and frames, aluminum-framed entrances and storefronts, aluminum windows, door hardware, glazing, painting, and complete clean-up and removal of construction debris.

Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at the Russellville Independent Schools Board of Education, located at 355 South Summer Street, Russellville Kentucky, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

A prebid conference will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2023, at 10:00 AM, prevailing time, at the Russellville Independent Schools Board of Education, located at 355 South Summer Street, Russellville, Kentucky. All bidders should plan on attending this meeting.

One set of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by contractors from Maco-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812-464-8108), upon deposit of Two Hundred Dollars for each set of Documents. Additional sets may be purchased at a cost of Two Hundred Dollars per set, non-refundable. Checks covering deposit shall be made payable to the order of Russellville Independent Schools. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with and paid directly to Maco-Evansville Blue with a separate check.

Electronic copies of the documents are available from Maco-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, IN. (812-464-8108). Charges to obtain electronic copies are non-refundable and are to be arranged with, and paid directly to, Maco-Evansville Blue.
