The Project name is “SIMPSON COUNTY SCHOOLS, ATHLETIC FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE 1 – FOOTBALL FIELD TURF REPLACEMENT”, as shown on Contract Documents prepared by the Architect, RBS Design Group, P.S.C. Drawings and specifications are dated April 21, 2022.
Project Description: New synthetic turf at the football field including drainage system.
Proposals will be received as a Lump Sum Bid(s) for the work indicated in the Bidding Documents.
Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, prevailing time on Tuesday May 10, 2022 at the office of the Owner, Simpson County Schools Board of Education, 430 South College Street, Franklin, Kentucky, 42134, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
A prebid conference will be held at 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, on Tuesday May 3, 2022 at the Simpson County High School Football Field. All bidders should plan on attending this meeting.
One set of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by contractors from Maco-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812/464-8108), upon deposit of Two Hundred Dollars for each set of Documents. Contractors may obtain two (2) sets on deposit. Additional sets may be purchased at a cost of Two Hundred Dollars per set, non-refundable. Check covering deposit shall be made payable to the order of the Simpson County Public Schools. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with and paid directly to Maco-Evansville Blue with a separate check.
Electronic copies of the plans will be available and shall be arranged with and paid for directly to Maco-Evansville Blue (non-refundable).
