Henderson Water Utility

The Henderson Water Utility will receive sealed proposals at the: Henderson Water Utility Main Office for the following project: System Operations Center (Solicitation Number: 2022-15)

Written sealed bids comprising the Work of the Project will be received until: 03:00PM, LOCAL TIME, April 28, 2022.

It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to make sure the Bid is received at the Henderson Water Utility Main Office by the appointed bid time.

The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Access to the bid opening will also be available through a ZOOM link. This link will be made available on the Henderson Water Utility website and through an addendum before the bid time. No action will be taken at this bid opening. All bids will be taken under advisement for the Architect’s review and recommendation to the Henderson Water Utility.

A deposit of $ 250.00 (to Henderson Water Utility) will be required of eligible bidders for
procuring specifications, drawings, and contract documents. The deposit for plans and
specifications will be returned to all the bidders, upon the return of plans, contract documents,
and specifications to Maco – Evansville Blue in very good condition, within 14 days from date of receiving bids.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 2:00pm.
