Notice is hereby given that sealed bids in duplicate for the French Quarter Student Housing – Phase 2, Vincennes University, Vincennes, Indiana will be received by the Board of Trustees for the Vincennes University at the Office of the Architectural Services & Facilities, 817 N. Second Street, Vincennes, Indiana, until Wednesday, July 1st, 2020 at 2 PM (local time). Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately following via virtual Zoom meeting https://us02web.zoom.us/j/4496368180 or +1 (312) 626-6799 by phone, (Meeting ID: 449 636 8180).
Obtaining Drawings and Specifications: Plans are available for download in pdf format at the following web site for a $20.00 non-refundable fee:

Prime contract bidders may obtain bidding documents from MACO-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812.464.8108) for a Deposit of $200 for each complete set. A separate $20 check made payable to MACO-Evansville Blue is required for shipping charges. Prime bidders may have two (2) complete sets on a refundable basis if: 1) a responsible bid is received and documents are returned directly to the Office of the Architect in good condition within thirty (30) days of receipt of bids; 2) the prospective bidder notifies the Architect of his/her intention not to bid and returns the bidding documents in good condition at least seven (7) days prior to receipt of bids. Any plan holder not in conformance with Item 1 or 2 noted above will forfeit their plan deposit. Deposits should be made payable to Vincennes University.
• Contract 1 – Building #5:
Prime Contract for the scope within 5’ around building #5.
• Contract 2 – Building #6:
Prime Contract for the scope within 5’ around building #6.
• Contract 3 – Building #7:
Prime Contract for the scope within 5’ around building #7.
• Contract 4 – Building #8:
Prime Contract for the scope within 5’ around building #8.
• Contract 5 –Lump Sum for buildings 5, 6, 7, and 8
This option can be bid in addition to OR in replacement of contracts 1 through 2, with Contracts 3 and 4 as alternates
• Contract 6 – Site:
Prime Contract for the site outside of 5’ around buildings 5, 6, 7, and 8; this excludes concrete work.
• Contract 7 – Site Concrete:
Prime Contract for the concrete work on site outside of 5’ around building 5, 6, 7, and 8.
• Contract 8 – Lump Sum for Site (Contract 6) and Site Concrete (Contract 7)
This option can be bid in addition to OR in replacement of contracts 6 and 7.
