Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, on April 16, 2020, at the Daviess County Public Schools Learning Center, 1700 Parrish Plaza Drive, Owensboro, KY. 42301, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

A prebid conference will be held on March 26, 2020, at 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, at the Apollo High School theater, 1700 Parrish Plaza Drive, Owensboro, KY., 42301. Although not mandatory, all bidders should plan on attending this meeting.

One set of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by contractors from Maco-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812/464-8108), upon deposit of Two Hundred Dollars for
each set of Documents. General Contractors may obtain two (2) sets on deposit. Additional sets may
be purchased at a cost of Two Hundred Dollars per set, non-refundable. Check covering deposit shall be made payable to the order of the Daviess County Public Schools. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with and paid directly to Maco-Evansville Blue with a separate check.
